How long you take to return the garments?
We usually take 3-4 days to process you garments but you can avail urgent services with a turnaround time withing 48 hours at an extra charge.
How can I pay for the services?
At The French Laundry, we accept all modes of payment, Cash, Debit Cards, Credit Cards, UPI, Net banking
What if my clothes are heavily stained?
We try our best to remove the stains by adapting the best washing cycle, detergent, temperature suitable for the garment, however in case of tough stains, we would recommend you to use our stain removal or dry cleaning service.
Does Dry cleaning process removes all the stains?
Stain removal depends on various parameters like, the type of stain, how old it is, how many times it has been processed previously, the colour and material of the fabric. We, At The French Laundry, try our best to remove the stains without damaging the garment.
